As an organization, The Exhibitor Advocate does more than just make promises. We get results for our members and the industry, to the tune of tens of thousands of dollars saved. We’ve already accomplished so much through our work and as we continue to rise in prominence, opportunities for great achievements also increase.

The Exhibitor Advocate is made by exhibitors, for exhibitors. We provide unbiased, holistic support that empowers exhibitors. We’re your eyes on the industry, providing data-driven insights to members that isn’t focused on other stakeholders’ interests. All our resources are actionable and ready to help you take the next step.

Savvy exhibitors are the cornerstone of a thriving trade show industry. Yet few marketers come to their careers already expert in the specialized skills of exhibit management. We’re here to share knowledge and best practices that make our whole sector stronger.

We’re the only exhibitor association with seasoned trade show professionals on call for our members, offering direct 1:1 guidance, advice and ideas to support your success.

We’re your eyes on the industry, providing data-driven insights to help you make smarter decisions while navigating the complex economics and logistics of trade show marketing.

Advocacy
We work directly with show management, general service contractors, suppliers and other industry stakeholders to advance policies and practices that benefit exhibitors — and we keep our members posted every step of the way.

Our Work

Being in this community means I can still contribute after retirement. I can share what I know, learn from others, and feel like I’m making a difference. Plus, it's great to be part of a community that’s working to improve things for exhibitors, whether it’s pushing for fairer labor practices or greener, more sustainable shows. For me, The Exhibitor Advocate is about staying engaged, keeping things fresh, and being part of something that’s all about making our industry better

The Annual Survey of Exhibition Rates was our most essential resource for developing our tradeshow budgets. Since conventions rotated between cities annually, the survey allowed us to account for labor rate fluctuations based on location changes. Additionally, it proved valuable in collaborating with show organizers, to assist them in negotiating more favorable labor rates for their events.
