Thanksgiving has always been one of my favorite times of the year. As a foodie, a holiday centered around a delicious meal is a dream, offering a chance to experiment with new dishes. But there’s one dish that never changes and remains a staple on our table: Chocolate Pecan Pie.
I’m fortunate to be close to family on Thanksgiving. In the years when I’ve been traveling or out of town, I’m always comforted by our traditions. After the turkey dinner and pie, we go for a walk. This simple ritual gives me a moment to reflect on everything I’m thankful for, no matter where I am.
